Mainly used for cleaning aluminum triangular intestinal hangers and circular stainless steel intestinal hangers (for frying and baking)
Frame body: The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national food safety production standards.
Lid: The device is equipped with two layers of lids, one is the lid on the drum, and the other is the water sealed lid outside the rack, ensuring that the hanging intestinal rod inside the drum is tightly sealed during the cleaning process, and water does not overflow.
There are three triangular scrubbing angle steels inside the cleaning drum, which helps to increase the impact force between the rods during the cleaning process, allowing the rods to rub back and forth for a cleaner cleaning.
Water tank: The water tank has a tap water inlet, a sewage outlet, and an overflow outlet. The equipment is equipped with water circulation: the recycling of washing water and flushing water ensures the economic consumption of water energy.
There is a circular inlet and alarm above the frame, and water and cleaning agent are added to the inlet.
Steam heating system: The equipment is equipped with steam (heating water) water circulation, and the water temperature can be adjusted to ensure the cleaning effect is achieved.
